This community is made up of several rows of early Chinese shophouses in good condition. The area is bordered by Luang Road (ถนนหลวง) to the north, Boriphat Road (ถนนบริพัตร) to the west, Khlong Thom Wat Phra Phiren Road (ถ. คลองถมวัดพระพิเรนทร์) to the south, and Wat Phra Phiren (วัดพระพิเรนทร์) to the east.

The row retains many original features — tall gable-end walls with decorative plasterwork, exposed brick coursing at the lower floors, and steep tiled roofs — despite decades of ad hoc wiring, signage, and awnings added along the alley since.
