Thai buildings that time forgot...

Once Was Siam covers old Thai shophouses and architecture: buildings that time forgot, waiting to be discovered and to have their story told again.

Many of the buildings have their own page, along with a map and pin showing where they are. Pages that cover several buildings list coordinates at the bottom, by photo number (photo 1, photo 2 and so on), so you can find each one.

If you know of an old house, shophouse or shop you would like photographed, whether it's your own or one you walk past every day, please get in touch. Photos are for this site only, and I won't publish an address without permission.
