ซอยนานา

Soi Nana is home to a cluster of well-known heritage shophouses, many of which have been preserved or restored in recent years. The buildings here reflect a mix of Sino-Portuguese architectural influences common to Bangkok’s older trading districts. Facades often feature ornate detailing around windows and doorways. Further research is needed to confirm individual building histories.

Corner shophouses (photos 1 and 2). The pair at the corner of the junction is in the Sino-Portuguese & Early Sino-Colonial (1890s–1900s) style, recognisable by the pierced, arched balcony balustrade, the horizontal plaster bands and the shuttered windows.
